I recently updated the data for my iOS device and now I can't see any campgrounds. What do I do?

You need to update the app on your device. Go to the App store, click on "Updates" and then select the UC app. That should resolve the problem, but if it doesn't then we recommend that you un-install the app from your device and then download from the App Store and re-install. Just be aware that if you do that you will lose your stored Favorites......unless you have an iCloud account.

If you’d like to preserve your favorites list and you have an iCloud account, here’s what you can do:

1. From the List view, tap the iCloud button.

2. Tap Export Favorites to iCloud and save the favorites file.

3. Delete the app, reinstall it from the App Store.

4. From the List view, tap the iCloud button.

5. Tap Import Favorites from iCloud and select the list you saved from step 2.
